Dear Hexarchia Commanders,
We are delighted to announce that Overdroid, the startup developing Hexarchia, has been admitted to Cinecittà Game Hub Accelleration Program, the first program of Cinecittà S.p.A. and Lazio Innova dedicated to the gaming sector.
The full-time acceleration program will begin in January 2022 and end in April 2022. The 7 selected startups will receive an important grant to scale the project and team as well as get access to the historical Cinecittà Studios in Rome and mentoring services from leaders of the Italian and European gaming sector.
Thanks to our fantastic team that made it possible: Carlo Moretti Joseph Juan Aliaga Valenzuela, Denis Dellapasqua and Andrea Tomei. Thanks also to Mauro Fanelli and the whole team of Cinecittà Game Hub for believing in our project.
This program is one-of-a-kind at the Italian national level. Among Cinecittà Game Hub partners we can see very important actors of the gaming industry such as the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Epic Games, ACER and IIDEA (The Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association).
At the end of the four months of acceleration, the 7 startups will get access to the whole network of investors, media and gaming experts orbiting around Cinecittà Game Hub as well as to unique events at the Italian and International level.
